Boys Varsity Tennis Advances With a Playoff Win
Varsity boys tennis won their home playoff match vs Smithtown west 4-3 on Tuesday . It was the 7 seeded marauders who beat 10 seeded Smithtown west for the second straight year in the playoffs. Stefan Pallotta had a great 3 set win at 4th singles (6-3,3-6,6-1) which set up the Bay shore doubles crews to do their thing like they have all season. Matt Ramsay/Jonathan Danzi are in playoff form and only lost one game at first doubles. Christian Coolbaugh/Dean Danzi also dominated winning 6-0,6-3. Joe Corrado/Peter Fleischer claimed the victory for the team with a three set battle winning 6-3,2-6,6-4. 91Pro will go on the road to face the 2 seed Ward Melville Wednesday.

Boys Varsity Tennis Defeats Connetquot
Boys Varsity Tennis moved into control of league 3 with a 5-2 victory over Connetquot at home on Tuesday, April 18th. Amazing performances from Captain Peter Hoffman and freshman Connor Cochrane. Peter dominated a very strong singles player winning 6-1, 6-3. Connor came back from being one set down and 1-5 in the second set to win 5-7, 7-5, 6-4 in his match at 3rd singles . The doubles squads took care of business in straight sets in each match .
